The Brief:

Student Beans partnered with SNS to support an influencer led campaign aiming to drive awareness and target the acquisition of new students.

Working closely together, we were able to execute a campaign that highlighted key issues students face whilst studying from home as well as driving activity of existing users and new sign-ups.

As part of the campaign we also partnered with beauty retailer Look Fantastic. We kicked off the campaign by developing a concept to help tackle issues for students struggling with motivation and that it’s important to make yourself look and feel good during COVID. To do this we tasked student influencers to share their morning beauty routine before joining their online classes, then, later on to share their end of day wind down routines.

We collaborated with a combination of nano, micro and mid-tier influencers, each were given credit to spend on Look Fantastic products via the Student Beans website to share their content, this helped create a far more authentic and genuine experience.

The Results:

During the week-long campaign we collaborated with 27 influencers, with a combined following 925,000. The influencers then shared 90 pieces of content, which reached audiences in excess of 500,000, had over 45,000 total engagements and an overall engagement rate of more than 5%.

Overall the campaign had a CPE and a CPM of 22p. We also had wonderful social sentiment from engaged students.
