The Brief:

We were asked by Nicky Clarke to help outline and execute their social media strategy as well as leading the growth of their digital marketing channels.

To do this we actioned a multi-channel approach, which consisted of social media management – utilising our in-house photographers and videographers to create bespoke and original content both of in-store experiences and selected Nicky Clarke products.

We also activated an ‘always on’ influencer marketing approach, where hand-picked influencers were gifted Nicky Clarke products to review across social media. To support this, we ran monthly in-salon styling experiences for high profile influencers which was also covered by our in-house creatives.

This content was then amplified via our very own network of social media accounts, totaling over 4M followers – This ensured the content created reached as many relevant and targeted users as possible.

In addition to creating original content and influencer activations, we also ran regular social media competitions to increase growth and spark conversations.

We supported social media coverage of the NTA’s which Nicky Clarke sponsored – capturing all the behind the scenes celebrity styling and red carpet action.

The Results:

Within the first 12 months we saw social media growth of over 330%, we collaborated with more than 50 influencers with a combined reach of over 850,000 which totalled over 34,000 engagements.
