I graduated from the University of Derby in 2010 with a degree in graphic design and began my career working in marketing for a fashion brand. What started as a curiosity quickly turned into managing social media accounts for a handful of brands on the side. As demand grew, I made the decision in 2012 to leave my role and build SNS full-time.

I began working from my bedroom, and within a year had opened our first office in Norwich and started building a small, talented team focused on social media management across Facebook and Twitter.

In 2016, I founded our sister business, The Blogger Programme, an influencer marketing platform created to help brands connect with creators in a more meaningful way. Between 2018 and 2020, I split my time between Norwich and London as both businesses scaled, before returning to Norwich during the COVID period and fully relocating the agency back here in 2022.

As social media evolved, I evolved SNS with it. We initially worked with major global brands through influencer marketing, before expanding into social media management and content creation as platforms (and audiences) changed.

The rise of TikTok has transformed how we operate as an agency and reinforced my belief in being truly social-first. I invested in building an in-house content studio and shaped SNS around fast, reactive content, from in-house production and TikTok-first ideas to influencer collaborations and UGC-led campaigns.

Even after all these years, no two days are the same. Today, I’m proud to lead a brilliantly talented team who create, manage and shape social content for some of the world’s biggest brands.

I’m Hannah, Head of Social at SNS, and I lead the social & content team in delivering creative campaigns that help clients achieve their objectives. From organic social and influencer partnerships to UGC, content creation, and paid strategies, I love bringing ideas to life across all areas of social.

With seven years of experience spanning beauty, food, pets, and beyond, I’ve built a versatile career in marketing. My journey began in Fashion PR in London before expanding into digital marketing, ultimately leading me to SNS.

What I love most about SNS is the pace, creativity, and collaboration, no two days are ever the same and the team around me inspires me every day. A standout project for me was shooting a Christmas campaign with dogs in the middle of August. It was sweaty, chaotic, but full of joy (and plenty of adorable moments). We’ve worked with incredible brands and seen huge success along the way.

Outside of work, I love travelling, going to the gym and enjoying long walks with my dog, Digby.

Hello, I’m Aisha, Head of Influencer Marketing, I began my career in 2007 after completing my degree in Journalism, stepping into the world of content marketing with a passion for storytelling and audience connection.

Over the years, I have worked across the magazine and advertising industries, driving growth for some of the world’s most recognisable brands – from premium automotive and leading supermarkets to luxury beauty, photography, and charitable organisations.

My career has seen me take on diverse challenges: interviewing world-renowned designers, overseeing the UK’s most-read magazine, producing fashion shoots, and even visiting Army Cadet digs to support recruitment campaigns.

With a wealth of brand publishing experience, I'm constantly exploring new ways to engage audiences across channels, keeping ahead of trends in an ever-evolving industry.

People often ask me where I get my energy from, the truth is, I’m passionate about people and love solving problems. Building content strategies that truly resonate with audiences feels like cracking a code, and that’s what drives me every day.

Hi, I’m Sophie, a Senior Account Manager. I graduated from the University of East Anglia with a degree in Media Studies and have spent the last five years building my career in marketing. In that time, I’ve worked across a variety of roles in both B2B and B2C, and I’ve even stepped in front of the camera as a TikTok Live presenter. I love bringing campaigns to life and working closely with clients to deliver work that not only looks great but really connects with people.

What I enjoy most about SNS is the variety. One day I might be working on a project with dogs, and the next I’m diving into food photography (trying not to get too hungry along the way!). The mix keeps things exciting, and it helps that the team here is so genuinely lovely and amazing to work with. 

Outside of work, I’m a theme park enthusiast and can usually be found chasing rollercoasters. I also run a theme park TikTok account and I’m happiest at a Disney park. My love of TikTok spills into my work too, making any project with a TikTok focus my absolute favourite.

Hey, I’m Beth, Social Marketing Specialist at SNS. With over four years of experience in the social marketing industry, I play a key role in shaping and growing our clients’ online presence. I lead on strategy and oversee the organisational aspects of our accounts, making sure every detail is aligned with brand goals and executed to a high standard.

Working with high profile clients is both motivating and rewarding, as it allows me to combine creativity with precision to deliver campaigns that truly make an impact. I enjoy being part of SNS’s collaborative culture, where innovative ideas are encouraged, and no two projects are ever the same.

Hi, I’m Estee and I’m a Senior Account Manager at We Are SNS. I studied English and American Literature at university before leaving to pursue a Digital Marketing apprenticeship within the beauty industry. I’ve worked across a variety of sectors including production, PR, and brand strategy before settling at We Are SNS last year. I love using my unique understanding of digital cultures to communicate key messaging for brands, using a blend of creative and operational leadership to build impactful campaigns. 

The highlight of working at SNS is the diversity of the working week. Each day is different, and there’s so many opportunities for creative and personal growth. The team is also one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with! 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors exploring my (perhaps uncommon) special interest in mycology. I also love thrifting for vintage fashion, theatre, reading, music, and being a cat mum to my little black cat, Magick. 

Hi, I’m Jas, an Account Manager at We Are SNS with two years of experience in advertising and marketing. I hold a BSc in Sports Science and an MSc in Sports Medicine from the University of Essex. During my time at university, I got involved in social media management and marketing projects, which sparked my interest in the industry and ultimately shaped my career path.

Since joining the agency world, I’ve had the chance to work across a wide range of media, campaigns and clients, helping deliver creative, results-driven strategies. What I love most about working at SNS is the team and collaborative environment. Everyone supports one another and it is such a pleasure within the office.

Outside of work, I’m a national-level hockey player and have always had a strong connection to sport. It’s shaped my discipline, teamwork, and resilience - all of which feed into how I work. I also run a small jewellery side hustle, which gives me a creative outlet and a chance to explore branding from a different perspective.

Hi I am Tadas. I'm a photographer at heart, I’m passionate about crafting strong, well-composed visuals in the form of photo and video. With a degree in photography and a sharp eye for detail and I thrive on challenges - both in content creation, and daily life. I love working at SNS because it offers a great work–life balance; my work isn’t just a job, it’s part of my lifestyle. Outside of work, I’m drawn to flying drones, driving motorbikes, exploring adventure sports, travelling, hiking and pushing my limits. Favourite campaign? Well there is a few, the more technical - the better!

I’m Deryn, Senior Content Creator at We Are SNS since May 2023. Before working at SNS I spent 5 years working around Marketing and Media, which led me to discover my real passion for both Photography and Videography. Working at SNS gives me so many opportunities to work with incredibly fun brands, ranging from Butchers dog food to Colgate. (I must say, I have a soft spot for ANY animal brands)

What I love most about SNS is the people and the culture, we’re a fun team who are always willing to support each other where we can (plus have plenty of fun along the way)

Outside of work, you’ll find me walking my little dog Ted (always with a camera in-hand), wandering the streets of Norwich capturing street photography, or making pretentious cups of pour over coffee for my friends. 

Hey, I’m James, Senior Graphic Designer at SNS since July 2022. I work full-time in a hybrid role, collaborating with the team across all areas of design. From website design and email marketing to social content, packaging, and print, I bring ideas to life both digitally and physically. I also support with creative direction and campaign concepts, making sure our clients’ brands are not only visually striking but also strategically aligned.

Before joining SNS, I worked in a leading London-based design agency and also ran my own freelance studio, focusing on logos and brand identity. That mix of agency and independent experience gave me a wide perspective on design, which I now apply to the variety of clients and projects we take on at SNS. No two days are the same, and I enjoy how the fast-paced, creative environment pushes me to think differently and keep evolving.

When I’m not designing, you’ll most likely find me at the gym, hiking, walking my dog, or in the studio painting vibrant graffiti-inspired canvases.

I’m Yasmin (Yas), an Account Manager here at SNS, working across multiple clients and sectors within the social media and influencer marketing space. I hold a degree in Fashion Media & Promotion, which laid the foundation for my creative career. Before joining SNS, I worked as a Stylist at a creative agency, shooting campaigns across food, fashion, sport, and lifestyle. That hands-on experience taught me how to understand client goals, how to achieve them, and how to stay connected to the creative process, all while having fun. 

Working at SNS is incredibly fulfilling. It’s a place that values inclusion, individuality, and creativity, and encourages you to grow, push boundaries, and most importantly, be yourself. I love the world of marketing, and one of my favourite clients to work on so far is Wagg Pet Foods, where I manage both retainer and ad-hoc campaigns. It’s the perfect mix of creativity, strategy, and pet-friendly fun! 

Outside of work, I’m usually exploring Norfolk, whether it’s a walk through the city or the countryside. I love animals, watching Formula One, and going on holidays and trips in my micro converted camper van. 

Hey, I’m Eve, an Account Executive at SNS. I have a BA (Hons) in Fashion Communication and Promotion that I obtained at Norwich University of The Arts. 

During my time at uni, I explored and developed my skills in a range of creative practices including graphic design, creative direction, and photography whilst also strengthening my business and analytical abilities through trend forecasting, market segmentation and promotional strategies.

Since graduating, I have worked in a range of industries in B2B and B2C, such as publishing, sales, and marketing. My studies, experience, and interest in the social space directed me perfectly towards a career in social media and influencer marketing. 

SNS has given me the opportunity to develop even further, with management actively encouraging progression and the collaborative atmosphere of the team as whole. Working with huge household names, where I am able to share my creative ideas and gain invaluable experience is also super exciting!

Outside of work, I am always taking pictures, from commissioned work to my own instagram, you will always see me snapping something… or talking about my cat, there’s no in between. 

Hi, my name is Camille, and I’m an Account Manager here at We Are SNS. I work closely with lifestyle brands, creating a wide range of content- from skincare TikToks to teeth-whitening photography. I graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Fashion Communication and Promotion, which strengthened my ability to communicate through diverse visual mediums and target specific consumer groups.

I have a background in social media management, PR and styling, which has enabled me to bring fresh ideas and creative strategies to my work.

One of the things I enjoy most about working at SNS is the collaborative culture. Everyone brings something unique to the table, making every project both exciting and enjoyable. Outside of work, I’m passionate about art, cooking, travelling, and collecting magazines.

My favourite campaign so far has been Make This Christmas A Dog’s Dinner. This project, created in partnership with Butcher’s Dog Food, took a fun and original approach to Christmas. It sparked strong consumer engagement across all platforms and was particularly creative in its concept of designing festive menu cards for dogs.

Hi, I’m George, a video editor and content creator with over 7 years of experience in the creative industry. Having worked both in-house at creative agencies and as a freelancer, I have developed a versatile skill set that spans editing, videography and content creation for a variety of content types. 

My portfolio includes successful projects for renowned clients like Bloomberg, Unilever, WWF, the National Health Service, England Hockey, The Moroccan Tourism Board, and many more. 

I recently joined the team at SNS and have really enjoyed working with such a skilled and friendly team. I look forward to continuing to add value for our diverse client list and bring creative solutions for their video and content needs. 

I’m Jack, an Account Manager at SNS, where I’ve spent the past three years supporting food and fashion brands such as Londis, TGJones, and Batch London. I focus on developing bold content ideas, shaping creative strategies, and partnering brands with impactful creators.

With a background in film, moving image, luxury fashion, and food, I bring a sharp eye for storytelling, reactive trends, and premium brand positioning. What I enjoy most about SNS is being part of a creative team that isn’t afraid to get stuck in; transforming ambitious concepts into engaging content that delivers real results.

Hey, I’m Elle, Office Administrator at SNS since March 2023.  I work two days per week supporting the team with general operational administration.  Most recently I have worked in HR and Recruitment, both in the private and public sectors, and previously I worked in Sales & Marketing for a niche sports car manufacturer.  

Working at We Are SNS has been both refreshing and rewarding. The creative culture ensures our clients receive an excellent standard of service and content but also that we as a company are always looking to improve and elevate our offering, both to clients and staff. Our clients, some exceptional brands and household names, provide a powerful motivator in trusting us with promoting their products and services.

When I’m not working you’ll find me in the gym, on the driving range, hiking or trying to cajole my English Bull Terrier to go for a walk.

Hi I’m Ro, Accounts Administrator since February 2023. I absolutely love working at We Are SNS and being part of such a hard working, committed, passionate and creative team. I felt welcome and included from day one even though I’m the team “elder” by several years – thanks team for helping me stay young. I work part time and the flexibility and trust is super appreciated. It’s great I’ve been able to utilise previous skills and experience, gained from working full time at a large Corporate for over 30 years, whilst continuing to learn new ones and expand my role.  

Outside of work I love to travel, watch live music, watch rugby, sing in a choir, go to the gym and walk our Cavapoo who actually starred in the Make This Christmas A Dog’s Dinner campaign the Team created in partnership with Butcher’s Dog Food.
