Design A Friend approached We Are SNS to deliver a two-phase influencer marketing campaign designed to raise brand awareness and grow their Instagram following. The goal was to create engaging, family-focused content that showcased children enjoying their Design A Friend dolls in authentic and playful ways.

The Approach

The campaign launched in two phases:

Phase One: We created a themed influencer sleepover, inviting parents and children to enjoy Design A Friend dolls and accompanying goodie boxes. This generated genuine, fun-filled content that captured the joy of play.

Phase Two: Leading up to Christmas, families received dolls and were tasked with sharing festive, themed imagery, highlighting children happily playing with their new toys.

All content was shared across social media, paid campaigns, and Design A Friend’s digital channels, generating positive sentiment and engagement from influencer audiences.

The Results

We collaborated with 10 influencers across both campaigns, reaching a combined audience of over 1.6 million. Influencers produced more than 30 pieces of content, reaching 640,000 people. The campaigns drove over 36,000 engagements with an engagement rate exceeding 2%, successfully increasing Instagram followers and brand awareness.
