The Brief

The Brief

Booker Group partnered with We Are SNS to elevate the social media presence of their retail brands, Premier and Londis. Over an initial ten-month period, we set out to expand online reach, increase engagement, and drive foot traffic to stores, producing a robust content library that connected with audiences on Instagram and Facebook.

The Approach

We developed a strategic content plan centred on relevance, engagement, and brand identity. On Instagram, the team maximised visual storytelling, producing high-quality images, short-form videos, and carousel posts to highlight promotions, new products, and in-store events. Consistent posting schedules, Stories, and Reels ensured the content reached a broad and engaged audience.

Facebook campaigns targeted interaction and conversions. A mix of images, videos, and link posts were designed to drive traffic to the Londis and Premier websites, while audience segmentation helped deliver highly relevant content to different customer groups.

Community engagement was also a key focus. SNS actively responded to comments and messages, fostering connection and trust while encouraging user-generated content. For Londis specifically, SNS produced 35 in-store content pieces over six months, enhancing the customer experience and supporting local marketing initiatives.

The Results

The content strategy delivered measurable success across platforms, strengthening brand awareness and online engagement.

Our partnership with Booker Group demonstrates the power of strategic content creation and audience-focused social media marketing. The campaign not only amplified Premier and Londis’ online presence but also contributed to footfall and customer engagement in-store.
