Pilot Pens, the world’s second-largest brand in writing instruments, partnered with We Are SNS for the second year to execute a digital marketing strategy that combined content creation and influencer partnerships. The goal was to showcase Pilot Pens’ unique products, celebrated for nostalgia and sustainability, while educating and inspiring target audiences across key marketing periods.

The Approach
We worked closely with the Pilot Pens team to curate content themes aligned with key marketing dates, including Back to School, Valentine’s Day, Halloween, and Christmas. Using our in-house studio, we produced creative photography and videography that highlighted the USPs of the pens and aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
To amplify content reach, we leveraged The Blogger Programme, our in-house influencer platform, to develop an always-on influencer programme. This enabled Pilot Pens to generate a consistent stream of content that could be repurposed across social media, newsletters, and other digital channels.
The Results
During the 12 months, we collaborated with 36 influencers who collectively reached more than 3.8 million followers. These influencers produced 53 pieces of content, generating over 6.3 million impressions, 195,000+ likes, and 36,000+ saves. We also produced 150+ pieces of in-house content, ensuring the brand maintained a strong, visually cohesive presence across its channels.
