The Booker Group approached We Are SNS to support the launch of Scoot, a new delivery app allowing customers to order groceries from local Budgens, Premier, Londis, and Family Shopper stores. The goal was to create a compelling social media campaign that clearly explained the app’s purpose and drove awareness across local communities nationwide which would then be promoted across social media with paid spend.

The Approach
We led the end-to-end production of a high-impact campaign video. The process began with developing detailed storyboards and scripting to ensure the messaging was both clear and engaging. Our team also handled all talent and location sourcing, ensuring everything was aligned with the campaign’s tone and brand guidelines.
In addition to the main campaign video, we also created a series of smaller snippets which were used for social media and paid spend.
The Results
The paid media campaign was targeted at 50 stores nationwide over a 12 week period with CTA aimed at app downloads. During the 12 week initial launch, the content achieved over 640,000 impressions and drove 16,000 app clicks, a CPA of £0.32, demonstrating strong engagement and effective reach across both digital and traditional media channels.
