The Brief

Sweetzone appointed We Are SNS to manage their social media channels and execute a digital content creation strategy. The objective was to build a vibrant and playful brand identity online while increasing engagement, reach, and website traffic. We were tasked with creating original, high-quality content and providing strategic guidance for daily social media management. The campaign also needed to ensure assets could be repurposed for long-term use, while leveraging influencer partnerships and amplifying content through We Are SNS’s network to increase brand visibility among Sweetzone’s target audience.

The Approach

We Are SNS developed a comprehensive content strategy, including bespoke photography, video, and grid feed planning, to create a colourful, playful social media presence for Sweetzone. Our dedicated account manager ensured daily community management, publishing, and optimisation of content across all channels.

Influencer activations were integrated through bi-monthly IGTV hampers, gifting Sweetzone products to reach new audiences. Content was further amplified via We Are SNS’s network, including Mens Fashion Magazine and The Fashion Hub, collectively reaching over 4 million followers. All assets were designed to be reusable, allowing Sweetzone flexibility for ongoing campaigns and social growth.

The Results

Within six months, we created over 90 pieces of original content, driving a 7% increase in engagement and 412% growth in followers. Reach increased by 633%, profile views grew by 355%, and website visits rose by 140%. The campaign successfully strengthened Sweetzone’s playful and engaging social identity, expanded its audience, and provided a scalable content strategy for continued growth and influencer-led marketing activations.
