Jollyes, a leading pet retail brand, engaged We Are SNS to revamp their social media presence, strengthen influencer collaborations, and boost brand visibility. The key objectives were to grow online engagement, reach a wider audience, and position Jollyes as the go-to destination for pet lovers across multiple platforms.

The Approach
We implemented an integrated strategy, taking the lead on social media management, content creation, and influencer outreach. Over 500 high-quality content pieces were produced, tailored for social media, email marketing, website, and in-store POS, showcasing products while connecting with pet lovers.
Four major seasonal campaign videos were created (Xmas, Spring, Summer & Autumn), accompanied by supporting imagery to align with brand messaging and seasonal themes. Influencer marketing was a core focus, collaborating with 220 influencers with a combined following of 12.5 million to expand brand visibility.
We also facilitated partnerships with prominent brands like Denzels, Parklife, and Mr. Wuffles, generating significant follower growth and attracting new audiences. Support was provided for major PR launches and events, including in-store experiences, store openings, the King’s Coronation, and collaborations with vets and groomers, all designed to bolster community engagement and brand association.
The Results
During the first two years of collaboration, Jollyes saw remarkable outcomes. Organic growth on Instagram exceeded 23,000 followers, significantly boosting the brand’s online presence and audience engagement. Influencer collaborations generated over 2.3 million impressions, enhancing brand visibility and reaching a broader audience. The four seasonal campaigns heightened brand resonance and engagement during key retail periods, while brand partnerships resulted in substantial follower increases and strong new audience acquisition.
