The Brief

The Brief

As part of Ryman’s festive “Spend a Little, Gift a Lot” Christmas campaign, We Are SNS were tasked with showcasing the brand’s practical and affordable holiday range, from stocking fillers to secret Santa gifts and storage solutions. We developed an 8-week Christmas journey throughout November and December, using influencer collaborations and bespoke content to engage audiences.

Five carefully selected influencer families shared weekly updates on their festive preparations, while micro-influencers added additional amplification. SNS also produced daily content, including a Christmas Craft Series with tutorials on cards, baubles, wrapping, wreaths, and table styling, blending authenticity, creativity, and practical inspiration for Ryman’s audience.

The Approach

We collaborated with over 30 influencers, whose combined following exceeded 620,000, producing around 55 pieces of engaging content that resonated with festive audiences. Our in-house creative team delivered more than 70 additional posts, including 8 Christmas Craft videos demonstrating DIY tips and practical gift ideas, which generated over 228,000 impressions.

The content was shared across social channels, tying into weekly themes and supporting influencer posts to create a cohesive Christmas narrative. This combination of influencer-led storytelling and expert content creation amplified Ryman’s seasonal message, inspired audiences to make the most of affordable festive products, and gave followers fun, practical ways to celebrate the holidays.

The Results

The “Spend a Little, Gift a Lot” campaign successfully combined playful festive inspiration with practical guidance, creating authentic connections between Ryman and its audience. Influencer content, bespoke social media posts, and the Christmas Craft Series sparked engagement and delighted followers, resulting in strong social sentiment and positive interactions.

The campaign reinforced Ryman’s position as the go-to destination for affordable Christmas gifting and festive essentials, while demonstrating the power of creative storytelling, influencer authenticity, and thoughtful content planning to deliver measurable results and seasonal cheer.
