The Brief

The Brief

The Jelly Bean Factory appointed We Are SNS to create a vibrant, personality-led content series that would both inform and entertain their premium target audience. The objective was to produce content that embodied the brand’s bold, colourful, and cheeky personality, while reinforcing its premium position within the confectionery market.

Having already established a strong partnership with Cloetta, supporting Candy King through long-term social media and content creation strategy, we were seen as the natural choice to bring The Jelly Bean Factory’s creative vision to life. 

Deliverables included five in-house Reels and five UGC collaborations, forming a diverse and engaging content bank to refresh the brand’s social presence.

The Approach

Our creative direction focused on giving The Jelly Bean Factory’s feed a stronger sense of identity, storytelling, and visual energy.

For the in-house content creation, we developed new content pillars designed to inject personality and structure into the feed. This included:

. Playful interviews to humanise the brand and entertain audiences.

. The launch of a mini social series to build familiarity and repeat engagement.

. Creative stop-motion concepts that captured the brand’s sense of whimsy, colour, and fun.

In parallel, we curated a group of five creative UGC creators, each chosen for their ability to produce content that was bold, imaginative, and on-brand. Every creator received a bespoke brief crafted by us to ensure that each unique idea aligned with The Jelly Bean Factory’s cheeky, premium tone of voice.

This hybrid social media approach, combining professionally produced in-house content with authentic creator perspectives, delivered a balanced, high-impact campaign that felt organic yet elevated.

 

The Results

The blend of in-house creativity and UGC storytelling produced by We Are SNS was well received by the brand and are excited to bring a playful personality and bold visual identity to the forefront of their socials.

The content is scheduled to be supported with paid spend, amplifying reach and visibility across social channels. Following this success, the brand has requested for our team to attend a street marketing activation in Birmingham and capture more playful content.  This is the start of a blossoming relationship, where recurring content is on the table for the new year to maintain this elevated, personality-driven style and ensure consistent storytelling throughout the feed.

Today, The Jelly Bean Factory’s social feed reflects its true character: premium yet playful, cheeky yet sophisticated, and always bursting with colour.
