L’Occitane, the iconic French beauty and skincare brand known for its premium, natural products, appointed We Are SNS to enhance its social media presence over a 12-month period.
The objective was to deliver high-quality, engaging social-first content across Instagram and TikTok that aligned with L’Occitane’s tone of voice and brand guidelines, while highlighting key products and seasonal collections. The social media campaign aimed to increase brand awareness, strengthen audience engagement, and support the UK and EMEA marketing teams with content that could be used across multiple channels.

The Approach
We Are SNS implemented a structured content strategy, producing 12 pieces of content each month. Each month began with a briefing from the L’Occitane team outlining products, key messages, and campaign objectives. We developed shot lists, moodboards, and model/location options, which were approved before production.
Content creation was split into two shoots per month: one in our in-house studio for polished product visuals, and one on location for lifestyle imagery. Content was further categorised into planned, user-generated content (UGC), and reactive content optimised for specific social channels. Additionally, we provided creative direction, trend-based content, and support for UK and EMEA teams. Key highlights included Christmas baubles, gift boxes with best-selling body products, travel sets, luxury Christmas calendars, and summer fragrance collections.
The Results
Over the 12-month partnership, we produced 24 shoots, generating a total of 145+ pieces of content. This included 100 videos and 45 images, all optimised for Instagram and TikTok. By combining studio precision with lifestyle storytelling, planned content with reactive campaigns, and supporting both UK and EMEA teams, we ensured L’Occitane maintained a consistent, premium social presence. The campaign successfully elevated the brand’s visibility, reinforced its luxury positioning, and provided a versatile library of content to amplify seasonal and product campaigns.
