The Brief

TOCA Social, located at London’s iconic O2 Arena, partnered with We Are SNS to elevate brand awareness and drive bookings during the festive season. Known for attracting high-profile guests such as Harry Kane and Leah Williamson, the venue sought to leverage influencer marketing to showcase its unique Christmas experiences and engage a wider audience.

The Approach

We curated a strategic campaign by identifying five London-based micro-influencer groups, representing families, couples, and friends, to reflect TOCA Social’s target audience. Each group was invited to enjoy an exclusive, hour-long immersive experience at the venue, with access for up to 11 friends, allowing them to fully engage with the festive offerings. 

Influencers were tasked with creating dynamic Instagram Reels or TikTok posts capturing the atmosphere, fun, and unique experiences at TOCA Social. By posting during the peak Christmas period, the campaign capitalised on the seasonal spirit to maximise engagement and encourage bookings.

The Results

The influencer content successfully highlighted the vibrant and festive environment of TOCA Social, generating widespread social buzz and engagement. The campaign not only increased awareness of the venue but also translated into tangible interest and bookings during the holiday season. Audiences were drawn to the immersive experience showcased by influencers, establishing TOCA Social as a go-to destination for festive celebrations.
