The Brief

Best Western partnered with We Are SNS to execute an influencer marketing campaign highlighting the uniqueness of their hotels while sparking conversations and shifting brand perception.

The hotel portfolio spans listed castles, coaching inns, modern city complexes, and properties with mountain or beach views, offering a wide range of experiences. We Are SNS were tasked with bringing these diverse locations to life through targeted influencer activations.

The Approach

We handpicked 3 influencers whose audiences aligned with Best Western’s target market. The influencers created content across Instagram and TikTok that showcased the distinct personality of each hotel, including lifestyle and experiential imagery.

The content was split into 2 parts, each influencer shared a sneak-peak of the hotels teasing the audiences to guess where they were staying before sharing a piece of content with the full hotel experience. This encouraged engagement and drove conversations. 

The content aimed to inspire travel, encourage engagement, and demonstrate the variety of Best Western’s offerings, from historic charm to modern luxury. The campaign focused on authentic storytelling and aspirational travel content to resonate with both current and prospective guests.

The Results

The campaign successfully raised awareness and strengthened Best Western’s positioning as a unique hotel brand. Across both Instagram and TikTok, the 3 influencers with a combined following of 1.5 million produced content that generated over 2,000 comments and 1,000 Instagram Saves, indicating strong audience interest in future stays. The campaign also sparked positive sentiment in the comments sections, helping drive engagement and brand affinity for Best Western.
