We Are SNS was approached by Hewlett Packard (HP) to source influencers to create and publish their own cookbooks using HP’s ‘Found Us’ software. The campaign aimed to leverage influencer reach and engagement to drive cookbook creation and sales, while rewarding influencers through a commission-based structure.

The Approach
We identified food and health-based influencers with highly engaged audiences, a proven track record of recipe content, and the ability to drive sales. Using our in-house platform, The Blogger Programme, along with bespoke outreach, we built a shortlist of influencers who could authentically create and promote their own hardback cookbooks. Influencers were incentivised via a split commission structure based on the number of books sold. HP produced the books for free, and each influencer received a personalised website to sell their cookbook.
The Results
Over a 3-month campaign, more than 500 influencers were reached, with 60 being introduced to HP for screening and onboarding. In total, 40 cookbooks were created, selling over 10,000 copies. Notable highlights included Holly B Fitness, who drove 2,500+ book sales to her 400k Instagram followers, and Meals by Mitch, who also delivered strong sales and engagement.
